Common Questions
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Glitch. From there you can cancel, change plan, or view renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period.
I'm getting "Not authenticated" when trying to delete my account.
This usually means your login session has expired. Sign out, sign back in, then try Settings → Delete Account again. If it still fails, email us and we'll delete it server-side within 24 hours.
My Apple Health data isn't syncing.
Open the Health app on your iPhone → tap your profile icon → Apps and Services → Glitch → make sure Steps, Active Energy, Weight, and Sleep Analysis are all enabled. Then restart Glitch.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same account and Apple ID you used originally, then open Settings → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your Pro access should activate within a few seconds.
Why did the app crash or freeze?
Force-quit and reopen Glitch. If it keeps happening, make sure you're on the latest version via the App Store. Still broken? Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a quick description of what you were doing when it crashed.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Export My Data will email you a full export. Settings → Delete Account permanently removes every log, photo, program, and credential. Both options are free and instant.
Can I use Glitch on Android?
Not yet. iOS only for now. Android is on the roadmap — join the waitlist by emailing us.
