By downloading or using Glitch, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Glitch is a personal fitness and nutrition tracking application. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Not Medical Advice

Glitch is not a medical service. The workouts, nutrition guidance, calorie targets, and AI coach responses are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any medical conditions.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Glitch offers a free tier and a Pro subscription ("Glitch Pro")
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings
• We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (progress photos, workout notes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Glitch a limited license to store and display it to you within the app. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

Intellectual Property

Glitch and its content (excluding user-uploaded data) are owned by Glitch and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app without written permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Glitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury during exercise.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
